Follow the steps given below:-

1. Open your Internet Download Manager.

2. Cilck on download from menu bar then open Option and then click on Connections.

3. Select connection type/speed as LAN 10mbps.

4. And select 16 from default max connection.

5. Press ok,

Now try to download something and check the difference in downloading speed.
